Be, In the Flow

Looking through this community on altared.space, I am inspired and humbled to see so many “lit” folks engaging the world with such heart, creativity and wisdom.

Retired and blessed with the gift of time, I have turned my attention to simply being in the Flow of All, allowing this guiding force to reveal a way forward that aligns with my values and intentions. I am moving into a nomadic phase, intending to spend summers touring North America in my camper van seeking out spiritually evolved communities and individuals to share stories, inspiration, and practical actions on how we can connect to create the world we so hungrily desire. In winters, I will be slow traveling through warm exotic locals such as Southeast Asia, Mexico and the Mediterranean with similar intention.

Throughout these travels, I intend to brush off my writing and video production skills to contribute an online elder perspective that I hope will be useful.  My general interests are spiritual philosophies, plant-based cooking, health and longevity, video production and writing.

I look forward to connecting with this sublimely curated community of altared.space.
