Inge is a London-based yoga teacher and Psychology student from Cape Town, South Africa.

To Inge, the practice and philosophy of yoga is a way of being, providing the tools that lead us to live harmoniously. Yoga is based on self-reformation, self-control and self-adjustment. Through intricately weaving movement, mindfulness and the breath, yoga is a profound way of finding connection within and without. Having experienced the beauty and growth that yoga can bring to life, Inge hopes to share this with others.

As a student of Psychology and yoga, Inge strives to combine her knowledge in the sciences of the mind and the body. Her interests delve into the holistic understanding of how they are intertwined.
